Overview
Move to top and Move to bottom send tasks or projects straight to the start or end of the list they're in. No more dragging an item past dozens of others.

Moving several items at once
Shift-click or Ctrl/Cmd-click the tasks and projects you want to move.
In the bulk edit bar at the top of the screen, click Move to top or Move to bottom.
The selected items keep their order among themselves, and the rest of the list keeps its order too. You can undo it like any other change.
Adding it to your right-click menu or hover buttons
Both actions are in the bulk edit bar by default. You can also add them in the settings for the Right-Click Menu or the Hover Button Menu, so you can move a single item without selecting it first.
Where it works
It works in lists you can put in your own order: your day list, smart lists (including category and project lists) and the Master List. Your day list has its own order, so moving a task to the top of today's list doesn't change where it is in the Master List.
These actions are for the web and desktop app.
Tip: Select the three things you really want to do today and use Move to top to put them first.
